Honor Flight fills up a plane with Vets and their guardians (chaperones) and they fly off to Washington DC for a day that they won't forget.

Starting with Roll Call and Breakfast before the flight, upon arrival in DC they attend a welcoming reception, then visit multiple sites throughout the day. The sites include multiple war memorials, the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier, and more.

Upon their return home, the Vets are honored with a Welcome Home party with a reception, a band, and Mail call.
